To find out what version of .NET Framework you have, contact your IT for help or follow the steps below:
Go the Windows start menu and search for "regedit".
Open Registry Editor. If Windows prompts you to allow changes, choose Yes.
Copy and paste the path below into the address window and hit ENTER on your keyboard. If you are unable to copy/paste, navigate to the directory by clicking the plus sign on the left of each folder.
Computer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\NET Framework Setup\NDP\v4\Full
Look for the Version number.
If the "Full" folder does not exist it means that you are on a version of .NET Framework earlier than 4.5.
