The assembly/project center is a file and project management utility that may be used on any proposal in the proposal menu. The assembly project can combine predefined templates with ad hoc sections using documents linked to PMAPS or uploaded your document network. Each section (linked to a document) has several options that provide control over how it is combined in the final output.
The following file types are permitted in assembly projects:
- Word (.doc and .docx
- Excel (.xls and .xlsx
- PowerPoint (.ppt and
.pptx file type)
- Portable Document
Format (.pdf file type)
This section of the manual provides instructions for creating, modifying, and combining assembly projects from the Assembly sub menu of Proposals. Please refer to the administration manual for instructions on managing templates.
Each assembly project linked to a specific proposal displays the standard layout consisting of the following:
name from the Assembly sub menu
- Progress summary
You can show or hide properties one section at a time or all at once:
1. To show all details for all sections at once, click the show details icon from the assembly project toolbar.
2. To hide all details for all sections at once, click the hide details icon from the assembly project toolbar.
3. To show an individual section, click the show details icon for that section.
4. To hide an individual section, click the hide details icon for that section.
