Many issues can be resolved using something we call RCR: Reboot, Configure the viewer, and Retry.
To perform a new viewer configuration, follow the steps below. No computer administrative rights are necessary.
Close the viewer if open and log in to your ResponseFull application.
If you are having trouble with the viewer, please reboot your computer before proceeding.
Go to your user profile icon and choose Get the Viewer. Click Copy to clipboard and click OK at the prompt. Then, Launch Configuration.
Click on the ViewerLauncher prompt and paste the URL into the space provided, then click OK.
Microsoft Edge (and Internet Explorer 11)
Click Run on the ViewerLauncher prompt and paste the URL into the space provided, then click OK.
[If the Run option is disabled, click on the Save option and open the ViewerLauncher from the saved location.]
At the Successful prompt, click OK.
A new tab or window will open to your Content page. View any record to complete the viewer launch.
If you receive a prompt from the browser asking to “Open WebProViewer.exe” choose the option to allow as well as any option to remember the choice or not be asked again. The message will vary by browser. Support browsers include IE 11, Google Chrome, and Microsoft Edge.
Once the record opens successfully, the viewer launch process is complete and going forward ResponseFull will automatically open the viewer when needed.
